Carrefour launches a winning offensive to support the Red Devils with Urban Media

Official partner of the Red Devils for the past ten years, Carrefour is putting the Belgian national team in the spotlight with an interactive campaign in partnership with Bauer Media Outdoor and its creative division, Urban Media. Following the success of the activation at Brussels-South station, the initiative has now arrived at Antwerp-Central station with the experience “Guess which Red Devil is in the fridge,” designed to immerse Belgians in the atmosphere of Euro 2024.

With its “Guess which Red Devil is in the fridge” campaign, Carrefour aims not only to amplify the festive spirit surrounding the Euros, but also to once again demonstrate its unwavering support for the Red Devils. After Brussels, Antwerp now welcomes hologram players who await travelers and football fans for an exclusive virtual encounter in the unique playing field of the country’s railway stations. Visitors can interact and take selfies with their favorite Red Devil inside a giant fictional fridge.

The campaign’s visibility is maximized through a strong presence in two of the country’s largest railway stations. At Brussels-South, passersby are immersed in the Full Wrapped Corridor, while at Antwerp-Central, the Elevator Walls XL and Full Wrapped Escalators capture passengers’ attention. Through this striking visual and interactive takeover, Carrefour and its partners aim to offer Belgians a memorable experience while showing their enthusiastic support for the Red Devils in their quest for European glory.

The campaign, running until June 9, is the result of close collaboration between Carrefour, Havas Media, Publicis Brussels, Demonstr8, Urban Media, and Bauer Media Outdoor.
